Dancing Couple Cactus, 2 inch Cactus ??
This Dancing Couple Cactus, also known as Opuntia monacantha, features pad-like stems and is best grown in full sun with infrequent watering for optimal growth. With the right conditions, it can produce offshoots and mature into a substantial shrub. Keep in mind that it may require slightly more watering than other cacti, but still requires full sun exposure and well-draining soil for its best performance.
We call this the "dancing couple" because they are planted with 2 specimens in each 2 inch pot that give the impression they have hands and are about to hug or dance with each other. Cute and perfect for a gift or to sit on your desk or countertop. Fully rooted in a 2 inch nursery pot.
We suggest using a well-draining succulent and cactus soil to repot the succulent into a pot with drainage holes. This variety cannot withstand a frost, bring inside during cold season and place in a window or under a grow light. Water very well, and wait for soil to completely dry out before watering again.
